Process

OPERATING OUT OF METICULOUSLY MANAGED OFFICES AND CREATIVE STUDIOS in the heart of historic Charleston and in Mountain Brook Village, Birmingham, Tammy and her team demystify the design process. From the initial conversations about scope and vision, they partner with their clients to attentively lead them through schematic design, construction, interior selections, budgeting, and ordering, all the way to installation. During the process, while collaborating with architects and other project design professionals, Tammy assures transparency and communication at every step.

Primary design presentations are conducted in the sanctuary of the Tammy Connor studio, where clients and the design team have the space and resources to work effectively. The goal is for clients to emerge from a “design presentation retreat” energized with a clear vision of their future home matched with an equal understanding of options and associated value. This uncommon practice, met with precise financial clarity, not only promotes open dialogue and decision-making, but also results in refined, intelligent, and exquisite interiors.
